No help

I have been with 1st for Women for almost 6 years for my car insurance. I filed a claim with 1st for Women on January 27, 2024, for damages sustained to my vehicle due to a negligent driver who reversed into my car. Since then, I have not received any updates or feedback from your team regarding the status of my claim for the front fender and bumper.

I have also informed the insurance company that I am willing to pay the excess, and the collection claim department can start the recovery process to recoup the cost of damages to my vehicle.

1st for Women has continuously debited my money for a policy that wasn't finalized for the claim. They have increased my premium this year from around R671.58 to R1184.52. I don't understand how this can be possible.
