No feedback with the claim
My car was ****** in December 2023 and since the car was still under finance there was a shortfall from what I owe the bank. I have shortfall cover with 1st for women, I lodged a claim on 27 December 2023, and there has been no feedback, I have sent several emails and there has been no response, and when you call they put you on hold for more than 30 minutes. Please avoid taking shortfall cover with 1st for women.
