NO FEEDBACK TO CLAIM AFTER MONTHS

I was in an accident and had to get my car repaired, paid my excess amount and since then have had no feedback after numerous calls and emails. i was told that the person who was dealing with my claim no longer worked there and nothing had been done... 8 months later still not a word.... it should be a simple thing as the vehicle that crashed into me has company insurance yet i still have not got my excess paid back yet. I find the service and attitude unacceptable!
