No feedback for my complaint

Ever since I opened 1st for woman legal cover I never missed even a single premium but one thing about this company? They will collect their premiums monthly but when it’s time to claim they’ll give you the run around. All their consultants do is lie to clients. I made a complaint on friday, April 12, 2024 2:19 till today I haven’t received any feedback. When I opened my policy their agent advised me that it will cover myself and partner come to claims stage they are now telling me stories that I should be legally married to my partner. Why was I not be informed from policy inception? 1st for woman all I need from your side it’s my sales recording or honour my partners claim. Tshepo and Tebogo Mahlo promised to get back to me till today. How long does it take you guys to resolve as simple sales dispute complaint?
