NO FEEDBACK A YEAR LATER

I have queried last year about the cash back bonus feature ffw offers. A very rude lady assisted me on both occasions. I have asked to hear my very first voice recording of my contract as I mentioned this bonus feauture was not offered to me and I wanted to benefit from the feature. She advised she will call be back the next day. I am waiting a year later. I have viewed my policy statement recently and see this was still not added. Had this been offered at first I would have already received a cash back bonus.<br> No one cares to even provide feedback. FFW is not cheap, I pay a high premium and expect better service.<br> Maybe they thought I forgot about this! Pity I cannot remember this rude consultants name or the date of conversation etc. The query left off with a question requesting approval for a back dated amount which I would have paid to add the feature to my policy so that I could benefit from the cash back. FFW is happy and very ready to take people's money but not go the extra mile and offer services that is supposed to benefit ALL clients
