No feedback

It has been over a week since I did the assessment and sent it through because ffw had not received it from Glasfit. I have had no feedback or confirmation that all is in order with the *** was taken off my account twice for a reinstatement fee. Does this mean that I will qualify for the no claim bonus as if I had not cancelled my policy. If not why was I charged double.

If ffw is going to provide the same service as when I was last with them then I will take my business elsewhere along with the relatives I recommended to budget and ffw.

I'm sorry to seem like a *** but I've had so many issues in the past and was promised that it would not be the same again. My concern is being in an accident and ffw claims they haven't received my documents.
