No effort

This is the second complaint now regarding my legal policy n the service im getting from you. Mtn i threatening to hand my account over and i have informed you but stil al you do is update me weekly tjat they not replying to you however they replying to me via facebook. So how come you cant fight them and get done witg this problem its been since November thar im struggling with them but now im also strugglin with you. If you cant assist then il have to cancel my legal policy. You just not helping me.
