No debit order and two different Premiums

Called 1st for Women on the 30th October 2019 to change my address and ALL was confirmed on the call and I received a document confirming new amount and the Debit date which was to be the 1st November 2019. To my surprise, my Bank a/c has not been debit to date and I am being advise that my Premium has now increase after the review. If you one is willing to stress herself over with a car insurance then try 1ST 4 Women, they are quite good at it.They take pride themselves to look after women Insurance needs but at the end that are causing havoc and unnecessary pressure. I don't think I'll keep up with this treatment any longer. Niko promised me a call back at 8h30 and I am still waiting.
