No courtesy car for repairs on my car that got into an accident

Was recently involved in an accident, they took my car for repairs. I received a courtesy car on the same day. The nightmare started when I would call the panel beaters to ask for progress on my car, they always say that someone will call me back, nothing. Eventually someone called weeks later and said they’re working on it. When the courtesy people called to ask me to return their car in a few days i called the panel beaters and asked why it’s been taking so long, they said my insurance took the car to them only a week after my accident, then only approved for them to buy the parts another 2 weeks later, and the parts were received the day before I had to return the courtesy car. To my shock when I called 1st for woman to ask for an extension they said my car will only be fixed in 3 weeks time as the panel beaters will only start working on it this coming Monday. They only offered me 2 extra working days extension on the courtesy car.

1st for woman towed my car and it at the initial place for a week, then 3 extra weeks at the panel beaters without it being fixed yet they’re refusing to extend the courtesy car. I feel so let down. I will be without a car for 3 weeks yet I pay insurance.
