No contact/response from claim consultant

I submitted a claim online for damages caused by a third party in an accident - was notified that a consultant would phone me, but nothing happened. Eventually I phoned the call center, finalized the information on the claim and was again told the consultant would call - this was almost a week ago and I'm still waiting.<br> <br> Damage assessment was done on Monday 2/11/15, when I logged onto my account online to check the progress of the claim on 3/11 the claim shows settled, but still no-one has contacted me and the damage is not fixed. I phoned the call center again first thing (8/11), and was once again told the consultant would contact me today still. Guess what? Still nothing.<br> <br> The level of service, or rather lack thereof is completely unacceptable. The company is more than happy to take my money every month - and frequently phone to offer additional services in the hope of getting even more money - but can't even be bothered to contact you when the time comes for their services to be rendered. Considering that this is already a stressful time, you would think that a company catering specifically to women would be more helpful, instead they're only adding to the headache.<br> <br>
