No concern for their clients safety & well-being

30 Apr'15, en-route to MosselBay with hubby & son, our car broke down.I called insurance, they said policy covers only to tow my car to nearest destination(which was Swellendam).I was not impressed but said to send-out tow truck & get my car to a workshop to get fixed asap.2hrs passed,no tow-truck.Tired, panicking & a restless child,I called again only to find out no tow truck was sent out,the previous agent I spoke to noted on record that I'll call back to confirm tow-truck assistance.By this time I was livid & furious!The tow truck came, total waiting period 3hrs,to make matters worse tow-truck only accomm 2people,no provision for my son & I distinctly told the agent we were 3people.Thank God my sister had space in her car for my son,if not,what then!!The tow truck driver told us the workshops in Swellendam are closed next day public holiday(Fri,01 May)incl. Sat&Sun.I called insurance again to tell them & said this is completely unacceptable,in a nutshell they said that's my cover & can't assist.At the end of the day it cost me R15,000 out of my own pocket to get my car & family home.I called them Tues 5 May,agent said he'll get Snr manger to return my call,till now no response!!
