No communication after car written off

Good day,

I am very disappointed with the way First For Women is handling my claim. I was involved in a car accident on the 28th November 2015, on the 30th when I called I was told the car is written off. And received an email stating the same. Ever since I've been calling almost almost every day to get an update. I only received received two sms's saying you are busy processing the claim.
I have provided you with the necessary information that you required from me, including a settlement from the bank and the details of the driver who hit me.

I don't know your processes but I feel that your processing is taking longer.

When I called I was told that the person who is handling the claim has not assigned anyone to go the scene of the accident, she has not contacted the bank and has not contacted the police. the driver who hit me has not been contacted as well. So my question is, in the last two weeks what has happened besides the only information that the car is written off.

When I call, all the consultants say the same thing, that they will send a follow up email. I cannot even start looking for a car until the bank is settled. So what do I do now?
