No Communication

On the 12th of July I was given a quote on my home contents. I took a few days to decide, when another First for Women employee called me and offered me a considereable discount on the original quote.

I accepted this discounted quote and gave the employee my banking details. He then told me there was a problem with the quotation and told me he would honour the quote he had given me, sort it out and get back to me. After about a week, he still had not called me back, so I called First for Women to find out what the hold up was. I was told there was a problem with the quote and that they would get back to me.... It has now been 2 months and they have not gotten back to me. I have emailed and had no response.

I was promised my quote would be honoured, I accepted the quote. I expect a response from First for Women. If this is how they treat potential customers, then how do they treat current customers?
