No communication
<p>after all these years you let go of a client instead of keeping a client. My premium went up without notifying me, is this what first for women are about after all these years of good service. Seems like you not willing to meet your clients halfway anymore! An to top it all the consultant is even willing to help you get insurance somewhere els, how pathetic!</p>

We note that the manager in our Underwriting Department has also spoken to you clarifying the reasons why the consultant offered to assist you with finding cheaper insurance as they administer a few brands. This was purely in an attempt to make it easier for you since there is no further discount available on your current policy.
