No claim payout
I am very disappointed in the service received from my insurance. With my premiums paid on time for the past 3 years, I have to wait nearly 2 weeks for my claim to be paid out. I have to email everyday and phone them, after numerous time's promised, no one ever contacts me back. Still waiting!!
