no claim bonus dissapointment
I out my policy in 2018 , the salesperson could've informed me about cashback that needs to be activated, I took it for granted that it comes with my policy. I have been declining quotes for 2 years because I wanted to stay with you for a long time thinking you reward loyalty. now today their site just didn't allow my amendment to activate it. I'm Very disappointed
