No cash back

They tell you to use the app.So i checked my date for my cash back which was 10.02.2021 but they don't pay you.I had to make a phone call to them to find out when the money will be paid.The agent i spoke to also didnt know why it wasnt paid and now has to send an email to tell them to release the funds and I have to wait for a call back.
