No care for former Clients

I am having the worse experience ever with 1st for women never had I missed an installment and the case they are working on I had it before cancelling my membership with them.

I called in last year September to inform the allocated representative I was served with court letters from the person we were involved in the accident with she said they will handle the matter on their side, to my shock in February while going through my credit report I find that I have a Judgement on my name, I have informed them no one is getting back to me to let me know how the matter will be resolved.

Whenever I call to speak to this lady they say is unavailable or busy on a call since last year September she never for a single day picked up the phone to inform me how they are handling the matter, she then mailed me to say the mater has been sent to Litigation department I asked for a direct person's name in order for me to contact and she never responded to my mail till to date.

I called in spoke to someone else He then said he would give me feedback in the nextweek till to date there has been no correspondence from him. I am very much saddened by this matter 1st for women always says they are for women I am honestly being failed by them at this current point. The least they could do is pick up the phone and affirm me that all is in order however I get no form of communication what so ever from them.
