No accountability

Good day,

If I could give them a negative - star I would. The service was horrible from the on set. Things are only expedited when they see fit and then again forget to keep you posted. You deal with multiple people including 3rd parties despite your insurance being with 1st for women. My car was moved from one site to the other without my consent, no one bothered to communicate the whereabouts of my car. When it was returned back to me parts were missing, I was told to directly engage with the 3rd party when they promised they would keep my car safe and it would not be damaged. To this day, 3 months later they are still escalating the matter and refuse take accountability for the parts that were stripped out of my car and were damaged under their care.

So much for a brand that cares for women and has our best interest at heart. Appalling service, no sense of urgency or respect for clients.
