Nkhanyiseni at 1st for Women

After numerous calls to the client service center at 1st for Women, I spoke to ladies who were not helpful at all. I had to phone the claims number again today and eventually spoke to Nkhanyiseni, who assured me that he will be able to assist me. He helped to register my car accident claim. He also tried to help me to download the App, though we had no success in doing so. I will give Khanyi 5 stars for his service. Thank you khanyi!
