Nightmare service

Yesterday around 18h30 as I was driving my Wheel got dislocated, luckily I managed to stop. I called my insurance, little did I know, Id be living a nightmare. The consultant insisted the claim be logged as an accident though nothing was hit. My car just couldnt move. A tow truck was called to move the car to the nearest assessment center. I was told it was a 24 hours center and I could get my car anytime. To my dismay this morning im told ill get my car on the 6th of January. I am stranded im Witbank, the towing company had my keys and wont release the car. I have never been so hurt and disappointed. Ive been on hold the whole morning. The consultant is Charlotte was on duty last night. My car is kept hostage at Hencom autobody in Klipfontein and the owner is Vene vanRooyen
