Never thought it was possible to be so inefficient with such an important matter.

I took up business insurance with 1st for Women which was to start on 1 November 2021. One has cover only after a tracking device has been installed. After many calls and being shunted from pillar to post, the tracker was finally fitted on 13 November 2031. But alas it could not be activated on the day because somebody at Netstar had change the details of the main contact number, so the OTP was sent to this other number. I had to wait forbMonday 15 November to fix this. After this I called the agent who recruited me to join this insurance, Keegan, and told him that effectively the insurance cover started on 15 November. He refuted this and would not discuss this with anybody senior at all. Now, another problem - I downloaded the Safe and Sound and typed in the account details and to my dismay, my vehicle doesn't show. Initially when I logged on to the app with the assistance of the technicians, there were 2 vehicles on the profile. Mine and this other one which I don't know. Now when I logged on on Friday, my vehicle is no longer showing, only this other shows on what is supposed to be my profile!!! I doubt anybody knows the whereabouts of my car and I dread to think what would happen if anything happened. I just called Netstar, Matshidiso Aphane, who is supposed to call me back. I cannot count how many calls I have made since the "inception" of this policy. I am completely worn out and stressed to think that I will have to go through this should I have an incident!!!
