Never take 1st for women policies. They're very much unreliable and great ****s too!

The company I chose, FFW. If you ever wished to buy building and home contents cover, never go to FFW. These people are good at hiring lying assessors. Recently there was wind and about 12 Harvey tiles swept from the from of the house and some from the back. After that eind it rained and I noticed the roof had a leak in two bedrooms and the garage ceiling getting damaged. I submitted a claim with them they sent Attie their Assessor on Saturday. Thankfully it was raining and the guy saw the leaks inside the house. He took pictures and left.

Yesterday I received a call from Goodness saying the report given to them by the Assessor is that there were pre-existing damages to the roof and that is why it was leaking. The news came as a shock to me that if it was so, why hasn't it been leaking before the wind sweeping my roof away? Goodness told me that their Assessor report stayed that I used poor quality building material...that was shocking as well as I built my house from scratch using only Cashbuild material. Goodness also told me that their Assessor sent them pictures of the back of the roof...another shock to me, the guy never went to the back of the house to have a look at the swept tiles instead he told FFW that I had fixed my roof. I'm still shocked as the roof is still like that, not fixed.

Their Assessor requested those pictures from me. The only pictures he took were from the inside. It was raining heavily and he never climbed the roof at the back. He just put his ladder in front and took a picture of the membrane. He never checked nothing at the back. Hence Goodness is telling me that the roof has been fixed.

I want to expose FFW and their Assessor for lying. They can send someone now to see if the Assessor was right. They're all ******. I can prove to the whole world. My roof is still with missing tiles. Great ****s!

When the guy got inside the house, he never take pictures of the interior doors being damaged by water that got inside the house as a result, Goodness never mentioned anything about the doors. The doors have maps showing where the level of water was. And I am told that the claim is partly rejected and they will be paying +-R4000 for all the damage. Two big windows are broken. Gutters are broken. Doors. The roof at the back is still in that condition with a few tiles missing. This Assessor told me when I showed him my Diningroom sideboard which was water damaged that it wasn't his dept and I remembered that it falls under home contents. I haven't submitted its claim and by the look of things, if I do, still this is what I'm gonna have to face. Never take First For Women policies. They do not have credible Assessor, in fact they deliberately lie about the conditions they find at our homes. The guy was here for less than 10 minutes. Let him prove to you that he actually did go around the house. Let him prove to you that the roof pictures were taken by him. I'm telling you now, he was here just for the sake of coming and asked me to send him those pictures. In fact he told me he was in a hurry going to Durban. And yes, everything was fast!

Where do I start repairing the roof with R4000? The broken windows that Goodness told me were fixed? The doors! Us this some kind of a joke? Or maybe I'm dreaming.
