Negligent; Terrible Service
It has been over a month since I reported the damages that 1st for Women's service provider, Renew It Greenstone made on my car which 1st for women accepted responsibility of yet they keep giving me the run around when it comes to getting the damages fixed! I have spent so much money on airtime trying to get updates to no avail yet I pay hefty premiums!! This is beyond appalling!

24 Jun 2020, 21:15I see you are still wasting my time!! I have to complain to get feedback! and the feedback you give is absolutely useless!! We have already determined that the damages were done by your service providers, so what are we investigating exactly for over a month? I need those damages repaired!! I cannot wait months for you to repair my car when you greedily and happily debit my account on a monthly basis and *********ly increase my premiums!! If I do not have an update on actual date when you will be repairing my car by next week Friday I am taking legal action and you will be liable for my legal fees!!
