Appalling!! on the 2nd of March I had an accident and my front bumper was damaged. I put in a claim with my insurer, which was a nightmare, they took over two weeks to approve with a lot of back tracking and a huge increase on my premiums. It took three months for me to get my car back from the panel beater and upon collecting it I noticed a huge scratch and hole on my back bumper that was never there.

24 Jun 2020, 12:37It has been over a month since I reported the damages that 1st for Women's service provider, Renew It Greenstone made on my car which 1st for women accepted responsibility of yet they keep giving me the run around when it comes to getting the damages fixed! I have spent so much money on airtime trying to get updates to no avail yet I pay hefty premiums!! This is beyond appalling!
