Good afternoon I’m very disappointed with insurance company about their out come about my claim of damages in my ceiling and cupboards at due to the geyser burst at my home which was on the 3rd of September 2023 till now I’m very disappointed with them instead they gave me stress I’m still sitting with broken ceiling in my house till now and the guy handling my case no word from him and I’m paying them very month and I had never skip premiums
