Neglected and caused lots of stress when I needed to be helped for what I paid for every month

I’m not happy with them what makes me more hungry they deducted their monthly premiums on my bank account but the don’t pay me out to fix my kitchen ceiling my house still a mess till today and it’s a 4th week now and the guy is handling my case his not helpful instead ask me about the quotes that are very high and don’t know what does that mean yhooo it’s so painful what I’m going through because of this insurance
