Need to work on the consistency of their communication and the accuracy on information

Prompt assistance on the day of the accident but experience a delay in feedback and was misinformed in the weeks that followed. Recieved feedback almost 2 weeks after the accident. Pay out was wrongly calculated. I had to call in twice to get them to fix it. Had to constantly call in for feedback etc and they do not call back when your call cuts for whatever reason. Must have recieved about 2 responses out of the 5 emails I sent. Provide incorrect information regarding car towing as well.

Good day Leonie,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.

While we’re pleased to hear that you received prompt assistance on the day of the accident, we sincerely apologize for the delays, miscommunication, and frustration you experienced afterwards.

Providing accurate information, timely feedback, and reliable follow‑ups is very important to us, and we regret that this was not your experience. We are especially concerned to hear about the delayed feedback, incorrect payout calculation, difficulties in receiving responses, and the confusion around towing information.

We would appreciate the opportunity to look into this matter further and address your concerns properly. Please note your matter has been escalated to the relevant team, they will reach out to you with feedback.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we need to improve.

Kind regards,
The First for Women Team
