NCB

I Had comprehensive assurance.but since my car was getting older I started to lower my Premuim to thirdparty and theft from 2010.

Recently I bought a other car and wanted a NCB but it was refused.

I have had my license since 1960 and was never in any accident.

and did not claim on the thirdparty since 2010.If I had an accident i would have claimed.I have a clean record and can't understand why I must be penalysed and my premuim at the other company put there inssurance up by about R100 rands.I think this is not fare and would like to know why.
