My vehicle was taken in for repairs by First for Women 3 weeks ago, however the authorization to have the vehicle repaired was only done last week

My vehicle was taken in for repairs by First for Women 3 weeks ago, however the authorization to have the vehicle repaired was only done last week. Kept calling them and asking to the manager but was told that the manager would call me back, which has not been done till date. FIRST FOR WOMEN has to be the worst insurance company I've ever come across. Their delay in authorizing my vehicles repairs has resulted in me not having a car for 3 weeks. Truly wouldn't reccomend anyone to use their insurance and they are not responsive to their customers needs and sure take time in processing claim authorization.
