My request for roadside assistance on the App was intercepted and my car was diverted by one of their towing service providers to an auto clinic way out of my area. I spent 3 days trying to get them to release and return my car and got sent from pillar to post. One of their agents even hung up on me. I'm still waiting for them to call back while I'm still stranded without a car. Between the insurance and the towing service, no one is willing to take responsibility for the breach in their app or see to the return of my vehicle.
