My premiums are paid but I am told they are not?????

I received a message that I missed my premium for my warranty TAG7/ ********** . My bank account shows the premium has been successfully taken on the 26th of each month. I called your call center and was told the premium for Dec 2017 and Dec 2018 has not been taken. I have care insurance as well and I never have problems with this. Why is the warranty payments such an issue? If your systems are slow to allocate the funds than don't make it my problem. The fact that a payment from Dec 2017 is outstanding is beyond me because I'm sure I have claimed well after 2017 and was not told "no sorry you didn't pay your premium' I will be canceling as soon as I calm down because I will be swearing at your operatives the entire call. F*&%$%cking pathetic service!
