My Phone was returned without being fixed

I logged a claim for a broken speaker on my Iphone about two weeks ago. they sent a courier company to pick u the phone. A couple of days later i received a call from First For Women that the was nothing wrong with the phone/it was fixed, the lady that i spoke to said she will send me an email in 10 minutes with details of the company that was contracted to fix the phone should i not be happy, I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE EMAIL. A day or two later the courier company delivered my phone, 1. The speaker is still not working (i called First For Women to make them aware, i'm still waiting for them to come back to me, 2. My screen protector was damaged (I don't even know why they were removing it because the only problem was the speaker).<br> <br> Can somebody FIX this mess.
