My nightmare experience dealing with 1st For Women

<div>Thought insuring everything (building, house contents etc) with 1st For Women was a great idea as most people had good experiences dealing with them. My journey with them dates back from about 2008/2009 till present. I have never submitted any claims with them till early December 2023. We had a terrible hael storm which resulted in some roof damage (not huge). Till date this claim has not been resolved due to some stupid issues. My roof was sealed and painted bout 2 years ago. This had to be done before I could do installation of my solar system. I have provided them with the receipt of payment I made back then yet they didn't come to the table to discuss. This is utter nonsense as I now wonder what am I paying for specially after never submitting any prior claims. My instalments each month is welcomed as long as I never claim?? Am I just a number or do I as the customer even matter? My opinion has since changed and I no longer think they are an insurance company caring for their customers but rather caring for the money they receive from our instalments. You are a 5 star customer as long as you never claim! This is not the first time they have been a complete disappointment but I can assure you it has been the last time. I personally would not recommend insuring with them. Please note I'm merely speaking from my own pathetic experience dealing with 1st For Women. Since Desember 2023 I have been trying to resolve this matter and as said it simply gets wiped under a carpet hoping I would leave this matter. That my dear darlings will never happen! I have proof that I did in fact do maintenance on my roof 2 years prior to the unfortunate event of a massive hael storm which by the way is considered an act of nature not man made... I will not accept defeat as you cannot go against evidence!!! To the people reading this I would say please do your homework..</div>
