My mother recently joined 1st for Women, and I was helping her log into her account. We were having trouble because she had entered the wrong details. We called for assistance, and Rethabile helped us. She was efficient and patient with us . She helped correct my mother's details and waited with us as I made sure we were in. This was on 01/07/2025.
