My first claim was for household insurance was declined due to high excess, hence i give them 4 star then immediately canceled. The one for windscreen was approved. Today, I received an email for premium increase then immediately called them for a review, was paying R1272,52 then increased to R1589,87 now I'll be paying R1282,73.
