My experience according my vehicle claim was good,Monica helped me a lot until my claim has been finalised but now I am not happy because I am too long about the payment due to me FFW made empty promises to me they told me that my payment was authorised on the 13 February but until today my bank said no funds in my account and .nothing shows that the amount was deposited to my account therefore I do not know why FFW make this bad thing tome while I was make sure that my premiums went well to them,this situation make me sick please take note serious
