My experiance with my vihecle assessors

I was welcomed with a smile by Glen who was going to be assessing my car for what he refered to as a cometic demage. He offered me coffee and kept talking to me which made me feel comfortable and welcome. he explained to me the entire process of assessment and the procedure for the claim.<br> <br> I was very happy with the service recieve and certain that I was getting good assistance.
