My claim was finalised on the 06 May and only got feedback back on the 16 May. My car was towed to nearest town until now. I received an email saying that the car will be repaired in a different town. They gave me the contacts of the company that will repair the car. I called the repair company, they said that they are waiting for the car to arrive. I also called the company where the car was towed to, they said that they are waiting for my insurance to collect the car. I called the insurance they said they are not sure of when the car will be taken to the new repair company.
