My car was involved in an accident on the 30th November2023 and towed to renew it Bedfordview same morning… inspection was done by panel beater and firs for woman delayed with the assessment. Had to call the insurance company about the progress of the claim since on the app says in review. There’s no communication from the insurance company and now I have to call the panel beater for progress… what a bad service from my insurance… thank you Renew it for updates.
