My accident experience

I was recently involved in a five car accident, immediately after that I submitted a claim with First for Women, who are my insurers, the quick response I received from them made me comfortable after my worries as to what would be the outcome, a lady, Ms Millicent Ngwenya, immediately called me and asked how I was after I explained to her how it happened, especially as I was take my kids to school, she wanted to know whether they were injured or not, fortunately we were all not injured, the concern a d eagerness to help made me feel like family, and that warmed me up and the concerned I had disappointed, within a few days my claim was finalized after I submitted all the information that was needed, the dedication I received from Ms Ngwenya showed that at First For Women really care and have their customer's interest at heart
