I'm not happy with your service I have lodged a complaint in Jan and was advised of 1200 access for glasfit and now you are coming up with stories what on earth would I have an insurance to get generics and why was I not told from the onset that I am taking ur insurance for imitations ? There is no way that I'll pay a comprehensive cover for such nonsense... I want to get the service that I am paying for !!!
