The accident report took a little bit longer . But when they were done the processing of the claim was quick. Am happy to report that they even extended my car hire because I told them that I did not have a transport to go to work. One thing they should fix is telling there consultant to respond to emails. One consulted from claim department was not responding on time to my email. But am happy with the insurance I bought a car and am insured with 1st for woman again 😊
