I submitted a claim a garage door that was damaged by a storm. My claim has been refused by FFWomen due to the fact that I,m 2 to 3 behind payment. I left R712.00 in my bank account for it to cover the outstanding amount but instead FFWOMEN used a wrong account which was closed by the bank because of ***** that was always being committed on it, so that why I fell behind from my premiums. I have discussed this with consultant Edward Kwana. I,m a bit surprised now that I happened to be a victim here & I cannot be assisted. I still maintain that I,m prepared to pay the outstanding premiums. That's all I state sofar.
