Monthly Deduction on wrong dates

I have been using First for women for the past 10 years with no issues, I had an agreement that they can deduct money from my account on the 25th of Every month, it happened that they deducted money on the 23rd of a certain month last year and the date was not falling on a weekend. I called and notified them of the error in November 2024 and they promised that it wont happen again as they have corrected it on their system, so it happened again 23rd of February 2025 deduction happened and my account is now on negative and I needed money for petrol this morning. when I called and notified them of the error, they told me they need statement so they can pay me in the next 3 to 4 working days, while I needed my money today not in the next day or two.
