month of Liability claim Insurance want to find an excuse not to pay!!!

Despite having provided substantial and sufficient evidence proving that your client is at fault, my claim has not been concluded. This includes clear photographic evidence showing the positioning of both vehicles at the scene of the accident, as well as the resultant damage caused by your insured client. I think it is them wanting a way not to pay .I hear that they have a reputation for not paying 3rd Party claims and they have over last year's claims sitting and not being concluded
