MONICA MAHLOMOTJE is an absolute gem!!!!?!!!

I was involved in a car accident on the 2nd of June 2023. Monica was assigned as my claims advisor. Wow!!! An absolute competent, hardworking, efficient and patient asset to FFW she is. By the 13th of June my claim was finalized. I believe she had a lot to do with that.

If you ever see this Monica, thank you for being so incredibly diligent and patient with me even when I thought it impossible. Five stars for your service isn't enough.
