Money taken but no service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am disgusted by the services or better yet lack of customer service from FFW, Last year Nov/Dec my car was broken into and they smashed my driver’s window, I submitted a claim with FFW and followed all the necessary steps which included taking the car in for an inspection. I never heard from FFW up until I contacted them because using taxify/uber was costing me too much, only after I contacted them to cancel the claim and policy do, I get a response! I was completely inconvenienced throughout my festive season and I decided to cancel everything but to date the claim was cancelled mind you no payment was done so I had to fix my own window even though I had an insurance policy that I paid every month. The policy remained active even though I requested the cancellation and it was more than once, I only realized the policy wasn’t cancelled by an attempted debit order from my account! I have sent numerous emails and to date STILL NO RESPONSE to any of my emails instead I get emails telling me my payment is outstanding. I have been unemployed since Nov 18 and every failed attempt of debit order from my bank account I get penalized by my bank, I work in the financial industry so bad credit record means no job! Why should I be liable because someone from FFW dropped the ball and didn’t do their job! I hate FFW and I want nothing to do with them, they have made my live a living hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
