Money ******!!

I AM SO ANGRY!!! I called them am email them to cancel all policy because I am moving jobs. My agent from BC Africa said everything is canceled. A long with this I sent emails aswell. No this month nothing went off my account, but a deduction was made from my husbands account how is this legal?? A year back we gave the account for 2 months of use and the switched it back to mine. I feel we have been ****** and fooled.
