Money *****ers and heartless people.

Firstly i have to say the service at this company is horrible, i spoke to the guy by the name of thapelo Dhlalesa who put me on hold for more tha 20mnts without checking back on me, i finally get hold of his manager who also does not have the edge to to assist as i'm already a furious client immediately she informs me thapelo will contact me back without even listening to my situation. her name is Logracia. i had car insurance with first for women and i cancelled it when i had a dent and they told me i'm not covered. but they still debited from my account an amount i didn't know was for what. when i contact them they inform me i'm covered for dents and scratches after being told from last year december that i'm not covered. went to get my car checked and quote was sent to first for women. 3 weeks down the line, no one calls to inform me what was the outcome and when i call i find out it's declined due to a high premium and i'm only covered for R3000.00. who even agreed on the R3000 deal as i did not agree to it. now the consultant tells me it was sent out as an accident claim. till now i'm still waiting for thapelo to contact me.
